The dwarves of Thames are known as reliable warriors steeped in honor and the worship of the gods. Some of the surface dwarves living in the foothills of the mountains have rejected the authority of Castle Falkrunn and live by their own rules. These mountain clans are descendents of the Firstborn of Moradin, who raid unwary travelers.
Wheat, corn, and barley are grown in Thames. Not even in Rhine do the pumpkins grow any larger nor is the fruit any sweeter. Most importantly, the ancient and most noble House Falkrunn commands the only golems in Yunith. These warforged and relluk reside deep in the mountains, and the dwarves only awaken them in their most dire hour.
